We free our clients from property, tenant and owner responsibilities so they may maximize both their real estate and career earnings.  Most of our tenants are Housing Choice participants.  We are very familiar with the rules, regulations and processes of the Atlanta Housing Authority and Housing Authority of DeKalb County.  We have provided homes to over 150 participants and none of them have ever been forced to more because of an inspection violation. Almost all of our properties are debt free so participants need not worry about their home being foreclosed and their having to move..

We have over 30 years experience in investment real estate. Our broker holds an MBA and MS in Economics.
